Anytime I have any sort of a problem minor or major, and I cannot come in, I can call James, if he is busy with a customer he will always call me back and help me with whatever. He is always so willing to help and always so pleasant and nice. He is a true gentleman.

I just love the staff at the Brantford HMECU, they all are extremely friendly, very professional and courteous. It is so nice to hear them say "Hello Daphne"!, I don't know of any other financial institution that greets people with their name, it truly makes me as a customer feel special.
