Notice of the 86th Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 86th Annual General Meeting of Healthcare and Municipal Employees’ Credit Union Limited will be held as a virtual meeting on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 beginning at 6:30 pm.
Online registration is now closed. Voting by paper ballot is still available. Ballots are available for pick up at our Head Office at 209 Limeridge Rd. E., Hamilton or our Brantford branch at 330 West St., Brantford – see our current branch hours. Completed ballots must be received by the close of business on March 31st, 2020. AGM Key Dates
March 15th - Online registration and voting begins (paper ballots and registration packages will be available, if required)
March 26th - Registration deadline
March 31st - Voting deadline (both online and paper ballots)
April 7th - Virtual AGM
