Lowering Fees Where It Matters
We’ve reduced some fees, including a significant reduction to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) fees, to better support members when they need it most.
Clarity matters when it comes to your money. Our service fees are designed around transparency, fairness, and the real needs of our members, so you can feel confident about the services you use and the choices you make.
Every decision we make starts with our members, including how we structure service fees. These updates are not about increasing profitability. They’re about aligning fees more closely with how services are actually used, and making sure information is clear and easy to understand before any fee applies.
This approach supports members at every stage of life, from everyday banking and borrowing, to investing, estate planning, and major life transitions. And if something ever isn’t clear, our team is here to walk you through your options and help you choose what works best for you.
